First patch addresses an issue raised by Donald. Second is one forgotten during the patchset iterations Third requires sample from ticket #4683, whose license isn't clear, all the more since it has a watermark indicating an unlicensed s/w. Having a 12bpp sample of that nature has been however very benefitial.
