Hello, I am Tanishk Raj, a GSoC 2026 applicant working on improving FATE coverage in FFmpeg.
I wanted to inform the community that I was hospitalised for 4 days in early April due to an intestinal infection, followed by roughly 5 days of recovery at home. This caused a delay in my qualification task submission, which I apologise for. I am now back and actively working. I have just submitted my first patch: avutil/tests: add test for avpriv_open failure path I will continue working on the qualification task as quickly as possible and remain committed to the project.
