The account was disabled out of excessive caution in response to strange activity by the associated email address. Sending dozens of hostile and accusationary messages to ffmpeg-devel in the last 2 months while in the preceding 3 months less than 1 mail was sent per month. --->> To reopen your account <<--- 1.
