Absolutely not. Read the OSI definition and the various discussions with RMS 
about it.

Open Source is about ensuring the rights for the developers, Free Software is 
about the rights for the end users.

Yes, they are.

Having contributed to several non-profits doing Free Software, and leading one, 
which deliver Free Software to hundred of millions of people, ensuring users
