I don't feel like I have the cycle or the expertise to fix this myself. The
failures are visible for 'checkasm-sw_rgb' on the PPC FATE nodes that run
the test suite.

I do need for Debian to re-enable AltiVec & VSX in their packages. It was
disabled wholesale a few months ago on the assertion that we haven't dealt
with any of the test failures.

I doubt anyone else can/will step up to the plate any time soon. But fine,
if this is a sticking point I think I will instead submit a patch to '#if
0' out the offending accelerations.
