to clarify this, because i guess one can misunderstand this.
libpostproc at this would be maintained in a seperate source repository and
FFmpeg will of course continue to support linking and using that external 
libpostproc

I do intend to maintain libpostproc, and would certainly be happy about every
contribution. (A new API would be needed so a wider range of libavfilter 
features
are available in libpostproc)
