It is very hard to believe that someone such as you would be unable to 
trivially obtain any such sources with about as much efforts that it would have 
taken to write that mail.

At this point even slow-moving Debian "anticipate[d] that the kernel, d-i and 
images teams will cease to support i386 in the near future", and that was 
almost a year ago:
