The code in there is a bit odd - there's a new codec ID, MPEG-4 codec related changes, etc., that do not look related to uncompressed video in ISOBMFF. Are there other changes bundled in? All that should be needed are changes to movenc.{c,h} and mov.{c,h} (and maybe isom.h), and make use of the existing raw video codec ID and pixfmt, etc. attributes.
