I checked that the patch results in FFMPEG decoding without error the additional conformance codestreams at [1].

There is an errant space character at the end of four lines for some reason. I can fix that before merging. Any other comments? If not, I plan to merge sometime this week, and plan to then submit a patch to add the conformance codestream to FATE.
