This decoder does not do anything fancy any more since
c6303f8d70c25dd6c6e6486c78bf99c9924e2b6b (before that,
it overwrote the frame's linesize) so that it supports
direct rendering. This effectively reverts
d3de3a16d1e428139c1541e55ea483466c1380e7.
