This feature caches data in memory that is scheduled to be written to storage.
When data writing cannot keep up due to storage lag or other reasons, The data is cached in ffmpeg memory space up to the memory capacity specified by this option. Memory Size (M,G, or Specify % of Available capacity) eg.
