Sorry but I don't have a testcase. The previous code will cause infinite loop when rps syntax are used in the input HEVC video while executing code like: ffmpeg -i input.265 -vcodec copy out.mp4 Transcoding to other encoding were all good because the code in libavcodec/hevc_ps.c is correct.
