Yes, same for me (this is meant literally:
https://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2022-July/298360.html). Maybe
the spec has been modified since then:
https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n1807.htm and
https://en.cppreference.com/w/c/atomic/atomic_load indicate this.
