CAF mostly follows ISOBMFF in these things, so https://github.com/xiph/flac/blob/master/doc/isoflac.txt is probably the source of truth for dfLa FLACSpecificBox and such. Base CAF specification is at https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/MusicAudio/Reference/CAFSpec/CAF_spec/CAF_spec.html , but it stops at AAC, and ignores both Opus and FLAC.
