The `-protocol_whitelist ALL` option appears to be broken. I expect it to allow any protocol as per documentation https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-protocols.html#Protocol-Options > Set a ","-separated list of allowed protocols. "ALL" matches all protocols.
