What should i do to de-deprecate? 1. bump LIBAVDEVICE_VERSION_MINOR 2. remove FF_API_DEVICE_CAPABILITIES define 3. remove the #if LIBAVFORMAT_VERSION_MAJOR < 59 in avformat.h around int (*create_device_capabilities)(struct AVFormatContext *s, struct AVDeviceCapabilitiesQuery *caps); and int (*free_device_capabilities)(struct AVFormatContext *s, struct AVDeviceCapabilitiesQuery *caps); ?
