VkPhysicalDeviceExternalMemoryHostPropertiesEXT.minImportedHostPointerAlignment 
are of type
VkDeviceSize (a typedef uint64_t).
VkPhysicalDeviceLimits.minMemoryMapAlignment is of type size_t.
