I agree that would be great. But I guess we cannot depend on a tool like
xmllint being available on all platforms where FATE is running. Even
when writing an own test tool based on libxml2 directly this might not
get good coverage as this library is currently only used for dashdec and
not auto-detected. But maybe it would at least get _some_ testing.
