It doesn't account for trust, but you can just import the key yourself in the
meantime:

$ gpg --verify ffmpeg-4.3.2.tar.xz.asc ffmpeg-4.3.2.tar.xz
gpg: Signature made Sun 21 Feb 2021 06:35:15 AEST
gpg:                using RSA key FCF986EA15E6E293A5644F10B4322F04D67658D8
gpg:                issuer "ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org"
gpg: Can't check signature: No public key

$ gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --search-key
FCF986EA15E6E293A5644F10B4322F04D67658D8
gpg: data source: http://87.118.94.9:11371
(1) FFmpeg release signing key <ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org>
          2048 bit RSA key B4322F04D67658D8, created: 2011-04-26

Please also include on your website a link to download your public
key, and place it in a prominent place, perhaps alongside the
various download links.

Thanks!
