In case it was not clear, I think Carl Eugen was suggesting you include the string directly in the comparison. But you do not need that test, because you do not need the file to be a 100% valid PGX file. It is not the task of a decoder to enforce conformance: its task is to decode. Regards, -- Nicolas George
