No, that is incorrect, KEYFORMAT="com.apple.streamingkeydelivery" means Apple 
FairPlay DRM.
In this case, the skd contains the keyId which, as the name suggests, is an 
identifier representing the encryption key,
but it is not the key itself.
The key can only be retrieved by sending a license request to some DRM server 
that holds this key.
If the license request is valid, the DRM server will return the key securely 
inside a license response.

But anyway, the bottom line is that the main goals of DRM are to prevent 
exactly what you're trying to do - 
prevent you from getting access to the content encryption key and/or the 
decrypted content. 
So, what you're trying to do, is very hard... (and that is putting aside the 
legal aspects of it...)
