Oh, I just noticed two seconds after sending: There is a big reasoning
mistake here.

I do not underestimate how many library users use OpenGL.

You overestimate how many library users use OpenGL and allow users to
use arbitrary filters and devices without showing their name.

Because a library user using OpenGL is not a problem unless it also uses
the corresponding filter or devices. If it uses the library to decode
files or network streams and OpenGL to display them, it works perfectly,
even if there are problematic filters too.
