and we no longer need these lines:

+            rawimg->planes[AOM_PLANE_U] = frame->data[0];
+            rawimg->planes[AOM_PLANE_V] = frame->data[0];
+            rawimg->stride[AOM_PLANE_U] = frame->linesize[0];
+            rawimg->stride[AOM_PLANE_V] = frame->linesize[0];
