Hi, We propose this patch to fix vp8 bugs for POWER8 little endian. Functions put_vp8_epel_h_altivec_core(), puta_vp8_epel_v_altivec_core(), and put_vp8_pixels16_altivec() are fixed. The passed test cases change from 2296/2328 to 2328/2328.
