Nicolas, just out of curiosity - is there a valid use case for a single video file in HLS? After all, the whole point of the protocol is to allow adaptive streaming, theoretically allowing switching resolutions and bitrates on-the-fly. I'll be the last one to oppose adding something from the standard but I'm just curious.
