Thanks. It looks like Xlib does not allow to make a really clean error handling. A suboptimal solution could probably be devised for this particular issue, but I feel it would not be worth it. To get something good, rewriting x11grab using xcb instead of Xlib would probably be the right way, but that is more work. So I will leave some time for other to comment, and then ask you to merge this commit if nobody objects. Regards, -- Nicolas George
