If you have a permanent IP, setting myhostname to user-11fa01q.dsl.mindspring.com would be a quick, self-admin'ed, hack to verify this is the problem. Your mailhost is either not responding or port 25 is blocked, so I can't check that it's the source of neo.matrix...
