I guess I am not being clear. The cdrecord-dvdhack is used to write to a DVD-R or a DVD-RW type of drive and media. In order to write to a DVD+R or DVD+RW media, you need to use the dvd+rw tools. If you try to write to a DVD+R disk with the cdrecord-dvdhack, it will fail. So, in order for us to tell you whether you are using the right tool or not, we need to know if you are using +R/+RW disks, or if you are using -R/-RW disks.
