Before I create a mail filter to pass through an anti-spam application, I have a question. I see right-clicking on a message field offers among the choices, an option to create a filter based upon many aspects of the message, like subject line.
What are the limits for this in one of the filter rule windows? If I select to create a filter based upon the subject "Confidential business proposal", it places the entire phrase/subject from the email into the filter rule. Can kmail filters deal with a full string like "Confidential business proposal"? I thought, from past discussion of this, that the filter was actually stuck with being able to deal with only a single keyword per filter rule line. Is this not true or no longer the case? I get enough "Confidential business proposal" nonsense messages that I would like a simple filter rule to deal with the entire line in one field...can this be done with kmail filters? praedor
