I got this twice myself when I was running 9.0rc2 packages on
the 8.2 kernel.  Never saw it all in 1+ years running 8.2
packages.

I haven't seen it since rebooting but that's not terribly long:

[root@elmo postfix]# uname -r
2.4.19-9mdk-bill

[root@elmo postfix]# uptime
 10:48pm  up 3 days,  5:31,  6 users,  load average: 1.00, 1.00, 1.00

By the way, 192.168.x.x are all private IP addresses.
