hi,
have done a complete lookup for all MySQL-3.23.52 related files, but all
files are from the form :
MySQL-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm
MySQL-Max-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm
MySQL-bench-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm
MySQL-client-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm
MySQL-devel-3.23.52-1.i386.rpm
MySQL-shared-3.23.52-1.i386.rpm
as next I have tried to install package by package. all goes well until the
file MySQL-shared-3.23.52-1.i386.rpm - it conflicts with file
libmysql10-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm
MySQL-client-3.23.52-1mdk.i586.rpm needs perl-GD, but the file I found,
doesn't match :
Fehler: fehlgeschlagene Paket-Abh�ngigkeiten:
perl-GD wird von MySQL-bench-3.23.52-1mdk
trying to install : perl-GD-1.38-1mdk.i586.rpm results in :
Fehler: fehlgeschlagene Paket-Abh�ngigkeiten:
libintl.so.1 wird von perl-GD-1.38-1mdk gebraucht
libpng.so.3 wird von perl-GD-1.38-1mdk gebraucht
I have installed mdk 8.0 - would this be the explanation of that weird
behavior ?
