Vincent, Nothing wrong with trying to improve things you see that are problematic.... Initially I'd say that the need is to do two things.
1. Clean up the instructions a bit. It is obvious by now that the statement to report bugs to Mandrake expert yeilds confussion with the expert news letter. 2. Clear up instructions on Bugzilla. I understand why you have to register with bugzilla before you get an account. Bugzilla requires that the user exist before the admin can set permissions.
