I've found the following problem when running lilo:

[root@quinipc etc]# lilo
Fatal: geo_comp_addr: Cylinder number is too big (4479 > 1023)

Won't it be possible to choose what ide drives are to be scsi emulated -in
order for them to be used by the recording software- ? Of course it could be
under expert mode...
I'm wondering that because I was changing my ide DVD to scsi-emulated O8-)
