MandrakeUpdate won't upgrade a kernel anymore due to the new name of
kernels. So if a kernel has been upgrade, not installed, this is user
error, not MandrakeUpdate error.

Read http://www.mandrakesecure.net/en/docs/magic.php for more info on
how to upgrade a kernel properly.
