...This is the best we can hope for, that its limitations are _too_ limiting and M$ even has a track record of providing "innovations" that are truly annoying like the paperclip in Office and the XP licensing model. At any rate, Motorola, Cyrix, Sparc, et al haven't signed on to this yet either-- this may prove to be just another Wintel anomaly like software-based modems, PC serial numbers and so forth. Richie
