Praedor, It's really quite simple. Open Linuxconf->Networking->Host name and IP Network devices. The first panel you see is where you set the hostname for the machine. On the Adapter1 tab is where you set the IP address, whether or not you want to IP address to set manually, Dhcp, or Bootp. On this tab you can also set some other values. But the point here is _this_ is where you set the hostname for the machine. Mark
