Heh, Ty Jason my dear.  I found the hd.img file on the first MDK CD :)

I assume that by itself will work if i boot from a floppy & tell it
where the CD's files are on and on what Hard drive during install?

I'll figure it out.  Just wasn't sure if it was possible, and I didn't
know where to look first for such a stupid Question as it didn't get
answered on "Newbie".
