I don't think you will be able to set the ram parameter for v-ram in your config file. It is commented out because it is for use when the video card has dedicated ram on the card itself. If you have done all you can do, to share 64MB in the bios, then you may be looking at a hardware problem. Be as observant as possible in looking for extra video setting in the bios. It looks like your bios is telling you one thing about video ram allocation, and your OS is telling you something different all together. Have you looked for a newer bios version that you can flash.
