Try KDE Control Center -> LookNFeel -> KeyBindings and map the windows key to the popup launch menu. This works for my left windows key, but not for my right... The left windows key is recorded as F13

Under kde 2.2 the left windows key open the kde menu, the right windows key doesn't run. But under kde 3.0.1 neither of those keys run. I have look for the possibility of activation of those keys in the kde control center but I haven't been able to do that. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks a lot in advance.
