If this was referring to the boot-disk and restore the password that way, then the argument is stupid, because if someone gets physical access to your computer, what is stopping them from just reformatting your computer and putting Windows on it instead? Or forget that, just take the computer and sell it or whatever. However, if you are referring to something else, ignore that/ :)
