yeah but not right out of the box. there is a libpng version issue. M8.2 uses libpng3, and Opera depends on libpng2. so ( i think there is an RPM for it in Mandrake 8.2 CD1 ) you have to install libpng2 before Opera. oh, and also there were some people that claimed that symlinking libpng.so.3 to libpng.so.2 ( or something like that, don't quite remember ) solved it, too. but IMHO you are better off installing libpng2. oh, btw, don't install libpng2-devel. it may kill a lot of stuff.
