reading the recent thread on nvidia closed source i have a question: given that for all but the most hard core gamers the difference between the top of the range cards of both manufacturers is probably irrrelevant now that ati have this latest 8500 thingy, what is the status of support for the latest ati cards, at some point i shall move on from my nvidia tnt2ultra and perhaps ati will be the more sensible move?
