Therortically, any bttv based card should work to watch TV on your computer screen. This has nothing to do with TV out though. This is about the video card. It is my theroy that you would need a card that supports TV out under linux, perhaps an ATI Radeon using a program called atitvout. I can offer you no real examples though...so get off your ass and look for yourself. Search google or the Linux hardware database
