One of my students has the same problem. He ordered a PowerPack a long time ago and he has not only not gotten the distribution but he hasn't gotten any responses to his e-mails either. He told me he is going with Redhat 7.2 because of the lack of product or a response from MandrakeStore. I hate to hear these kinds of reports about the distribution I prefer.
