Dunno Bill, IIRC, I had some deps with the galeon rpm, but they were quickly solved with installin them from my 8.1 CD's. I didn't need --force or --nodeps. I only use those options very sparingly. I believe I un-installed Mandrakes 8.1 Galeon version first, that could be the diff Main reason I even fool with Galeon is to see if it would access my (2) banking/securities sites. No such luck. Moz 9.5 did, Moz 9.6 won't :( Galeon is just as broken. Fortunately, nutscrape 4.78 still will Konqueror is still my browser of choice ;> ...BUT my banking sites complain with Moz, Konq, and Galeon that I don't have cookies enabled, even tho I do -- ������Tom Brinkman � � � � � � Galveston Bay, USA
