Personally, when I come accross a web site that was so badly written
that only IE will work on it, I won't go there. And I'll send a not so
kind letter the owner of the site informing them of the fact that
they've lost my business, and why.
If they want to define IE as the "standard" web browser, then it has to
run on *all* platforms. Allowing this to continue is just allowing them
to define "windows" as the standard.
