New Mandrake security does not authorize the localhost to connect to the
X-server, at least it seems new. You can get around this by typing
"xhost +localhost" at the command line, and do an enter. This allows the
localhost to be added the ACL. If you are only one using the machine,
this is not a major security compromise but if others use your machine,
beware of what they are doing....
