Has anyone ever gotten a smooth procedure for printing postscript on ledger size paper? I have an hp 5000 postscript printer. I have no trouble getting the psutils package to put what I want so it looks right in ghostview, but I've never managed to have this automagically print onto ledger paper. If I spend a week figuring out how to set the printer options manually, I can sometimes manage to do it manually, but isn't setting printer options for you what computers are for? Has anyone done better than this? I was assuming there would be a way to set up an lp1 that thought it had ledger paper in it, so that if I put ledger paper in my printer I could just print to lp1 instead of lp.
