has anyone heard of a government that didn't suck in some way or another.??
I'm in australia, and our politicians are to busy attacking each others
policies to actually have some new ideas of their own,, its not about
promoting yourself, its now all about putting down the other guy...
And in Australia, its become an excepted "Australianism" to make up
ludicrous promises and then not keep them,,
in fact, if you keep them, you tend to shock alot of people...
Bob Hawke, a few prime ministers back in 92 said something like "By 98 no
child shall live in poverty in Australia"
That one turned out well NOT!!!

I think you will find Microsoft contributed just as heavily to the
losing campaign. They bought both ends of the bet, and they'll be
around as long as they have no ethics and lots of money to throw at
problems, but if ever their revenue goes down.... (they have never
had to develop corporate skills in cost analysis and expense cutting,
and it is their greatest weakness).
Civileme (who doesn't program in the US because the ridiculous
software patents would eat him alive)
