[expert] Ecuational linux programes

Hello folks,
I am a profesor in a Spanish University (Murcia); from four year ago I am 
using some windows applications to graduate my students and also to elaborate 
quiz (vargrade for windows, quiz......). 

I am trying to find similar aplications under linux but until now I haven't 
been capable of finding anyone.

Does anybody know where can I found similar software packages runin under 
linux.
